Install 11 vinyl replacement windows. The windows shall have at <br />least one openable sash, lock and screen. Install all necessary trim. <br />MECHANICAL: <br />Remove all baseboard heaters in the unit. Install matching wood <br />baseboard. Finish the baseboard to match the existing trim. <br />2. Install a natural gas pack heat/air system with insulated ductwork. <br />The mechanical contractor shall size the unit appropriately. <br />Make all electrical and mechanical connections. All work shall <br />meet the NC Mechanical Codes. <br />ELECTRICAL: <br />1. Install a 200 amp breaker panel in the rear left bedroom. Make all <br />electrical connections. <br />15 <br />2. Install two GFI receptacles in the kitchen. <br />3. Install a new GFI receptacle and circuit in the bathroom. <br />4. Install a new vanity light fixture in the bathroom. Locate the <br />fixture above the medicine cabinet. <br />Install a new light fixture at both exterior doors. The new fixture <br />shall be approved for exterior use. Make all electrical connections. <br />6. Install hard wired smoke detectors in all sleeping rooms, living <br />room & hallway. Install a total of five (5) smoke detectors. Make <br />all electrical connections. <br />7. Install arc fault interrupters circuits on all bedroom circuits. <br />8. Install a service light in the crawlspace. The light shall be controlled <br />by a switch within aft of the crawlspace opening. Make all <br />electrical connections. <br />
