Install <br />matching lumber. Prime all new wood with an oil based primer. <br />2. Prepare the exterior boxing, eves, fascias and overhangs for coil <br />stock and soffit. Wrap all exterior wood with white coil stock. <br />Install solid vinyl soffit on the gable overhangs. Install vented <br />soffit on the front and back overhangs. Remove a 6" x 12" section <br />of soffit plywood Oft OC to allow ventilation into the attic. <br />3. Wrap all door and window frames with white coil stock. Wrap the <br />gable vents with white coil stock. <br />4. Install a new crawlspace door and frame. Install a pressure treated <br />2x4 frame and 3/a" plywood door. Install galvanized hinges and <br />locking hasp. <br />5. Prepare both gables for vinyl siding. Install'/4" fan fold insulation <br />and D-5 vinyl siding. <br />14 <br />6. Install pressure treated handrails and guardrails on the front porch. <br />All work shall meet the NC Residential Building Codes. <br />Install 4x4 posts for handrail attachment. Instal12x2 pickets placed <br />4 inches apart on the guardrail and handrail. All railings shall be <br />secure. <br />CRAWLSPACE: <br />1. Remove all standing water from the crawlspace. Remove all debris <br />and soil from the discharge pipe that allows water from the <br />crawlspace. <br />2. Install a 6-mil vapor barrier in the crawlspace. Remove all wood <br />and debris before the vapor barrier in installed. <br />3. Install R-19 insulation in the crawlspace. <br />
