recovery center <br />MIMMORANDUM OF AGREENffiNT <br />BETWEEN <br />Freedom House Recovery Center AND <br />Orange County Literacy Council <br />This memo=ndum of agm=enf is between Freedom House Reoovety Center (FMC) and <br />the Orange Couaty Lit=q Council This agreement is effective as of April I, 2008. The <br />purpose of this memorandum is to out3ine the procedure used for iate fitcing services for <br />the clients attending Freedom House Recovery Center Resource Center. . <br />Parties agree as follow <br />Lift-racy Council agrees: <br />1. To maintain communication whir the FRRC Coordinator as needed for evaluating <br />- and improving client services. <br />2. To provide appropriate evaluation, testing and/or counseling to appropriately meet the <br />client service needs. <br />3. To provide this service at no charge to FRRC or the client <br />FHRCs Resource Center Staff agree: <br />1. To obtain all re p=d release of information forms needed to fact the exchange of <br />information between, agencies. <br />2. To provide any pertinent information about the diem to insure appropriate services. _ <br />3. To provide meeting space for tubm and clients. <br />4. To provide sWdenfs with sufficient time to complete a minimum of 12 hours of <br />instruction.. <br />S.
