io <br />Chatham LME and encompassing Orange County, Person County and Chatham <br />County. <br />C. CFAC. "CFAC" means the local Consumer and Family <br />Advisory Committee for Orange, Person and Chatham Counties. <br />D. Commission. "Commission" means the Commission for <br />Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services <br />established under Part 4 of Article 3 of Chapter 143 of the North <br />Carolina General Statutes. <br />E. Department. "Department" means the North Carolina <br />Department of Health and Human Services. <br />F. Division. "Division" means the Division of Mental <br />Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services of the <br />Department. <br />G. Fiscal Year. "Fiscal Year" means July 1 through June <br />30 of each calendar year. <br />H. Governing Board. "Governing Board" means the <br />governing board- of the LME, the composition of and responsibility of <br />which are set forth in this Agreement. <br />I. LME. "LME" means the .three county public entity <br />joint agency created by the Parties as a multi-county program to <br />provide mental health, developmental disability and substance abuse <br />services in Orange County, Person County and Chatham County and known <br />as the Orange Person Chatham LME.
