Funding for this Phase II of this park is projected to be in years 6 -10. However, <br />an opportunity to construct the main entry road may exist in 2013 in conjunction with shared roadway owner MI Homes and Ballentine subdivision. Potential <br />participation in 50% of the road construction cost is reflected here, if the County chooses to participate. (If it does not participate, a longer more costly <br />segment of the road may be required in the future at the time of park construction.) A Phase III of the park would likely exist and be beyond the scope of Year <br />10. <br />• • • 37 <br />
