Availability of equipment the size and type that would be needed have become increasingly difficult to access on an "on -call' <br />basis. Availability, delivery and set up within the timeframe needed to set up sheltering operations at this site cannot be guaranteed. In order to ensure the <br />facility is prepared in the event it is called into service as a sheltering option, the purchase and installation of a permanent generator is recommended. <br />H1:j <br />
