The current grassy area would not support vehicular traffic, heavy <br />staging of materialsisupplies, set up of emergency services tents, etc. Current regulations require any area which exceeds 2,500 square feet to be engineered <br />and constructed with site drainage and subsurface drainage pursuant to impervious surface requirements <br />14 <br />
