Churton Street will allow the facility to be utilized in economic development initiatives, such as an incubator for small businesses. The upfit <br />would be carried out in a manner to afford the most flexibility for future activities at the site. Upfit costs are based on $50 1square foot, not including costs for <br />creating an ADA compliant entrance. HVAC replacement will be needed in future years should the County continue use of the building. It is likely site constraints <br />would Indicate a conventional HVAC system installation rather than geothermal <br />12 <br />
