TAC 2/9/2011 <br />Draft MTIP <br />The Local Supplement is the draft State TIP developed by the NCDOT. The DCHC MPO uses the <br />Local Supplement as a basis to develop the draft Metropolitan TIP. The draft MTIP indicates what <br />changes were made to the Local Supplement.
