Council <br />Orange Water and Sewer Authority Board of Directors <br />Charge 1: Ta make a report and recommendations by october, 1994 to <br />the orange, County- Board. of Commissioners, Hillsborough Board of <br />Commss~.oners, Carrboro Board of Aldermen, Chapel Hill Town Council <br />and orange Water and Sewer Authority Beard of Directors regarding <br />long-term water and sewer service area boundaries in orange County. <br />Charge ~ : To develop a proposal for hater and s+e+wer service areas <br />which is based on broad policy considerati©ns of the elected <br />boards, including those policies in intergovernmental planning <br />agreements. <br />change 3:, The Committee's report to be submitted in october, 1994 <br />shall. be considered a proposed basic framework. as a starting point <br />for developing an agreement{s}.
