The <br />purpose of this memorandum is to ourliae the procedure used for in~ang services for , <br />the clients attending Freedom House Recovery Center Resource Ceriten <br />Parties agree as follows: <br />Literacy Councr7 agrees: <br />1. To maintain communication with the FHRC Coordinator as needed for evahrating <br />and improving client services. <br />2. To provide appropriate evaluation, testing and/or counseling to apprapriatEIy meet the <br />cfient sexvicx needs. ~ . <br />3. To providc this service at no thecae to FHRC or the client. <br />FIiRCs Resource Center Staff agree: . <br />' 1. To obtain all required r>rlease of infarmafian forms needed to facilitate the exchange of <br />information between agencies. . <br />. 2. To provide any pertinent information about the client to insure appropriate seavices. <br />3. To provide meeting space for turves and cIierds. <br />4: To provide studenfs with sufficient time to complete a minimum of 12 hours of <br />instruction.. <br />.
