once the PIN becomes active in the PIN Application There will be a table of `Inheritance Rules" <br />where specified elements will be inherited by the children parcels. This should be available in <br />the GIS as well as in the PIN Validation. Assignment of Condominium suffixes will also utilize the <br />Inheritance Rules. <br />2. Once the PIN has been certified the information will be available in the "work space ". This is <br />envisioned to be part of the regular tables but with a status field set to mean "pending' or <br />similar. The user will be able to use the following tools in the work space; Accept, Edit, Hold and <br />Delete with the data before it comes into the PIN application. This "work space" will be updated <br />-- ------------ - --as- often -a -s- new - data -is- available- from- AMCAD_O-nce_the_i.nforma.ti4 -. isdeemed _ready for active <br />PIN, the status will be changed. <br />3. The link to the documents will also be provided from AMCAD into the PIN. The user will search <br />and find the documents that they wish to view and then click on the link and it will take them <br />back to the actual document that is stored in AMCAD via a call or service from AMCAD. <br />4. There:will be links to AssessPro, NCPTS as well that will provide specified information from the <br />applicable application relating to that PIN. <br />5. Based off of permissions the user will be able to enter the PIN application and make changes to <br />any of the records no matter what the status is of that PIN. <br />6. All ownership changes will be made in the PIN application. There will not be any ownership <br />changes made in AssessPro. We will remove the permissions from AssessPro for ownership <br />changes. <br />7. Data changes in PIN required by AssessPro will be synced with AssessPro on a periodic basis. An <br />audit trail will be created for any changes on a parcel. If a new parcel is created it will receive a <br />new status so that it can be worked by the appropriate people in AssessPro. <br />8. Various Look Up tables will be created and available for commonly used choices for the various <br />activities. <br />
