Orange County Information Technology <br />workflow is intended to be a high -level view, with detail provided in other <br />documents. <br />Prime Contact: Roscoe Reeve (919) 614 -0172, rereeve @bellsouth.net <br />Document 4: Use Cases <br />This document provides a list of basic functionafities Orange County identified as <br />necessary to support the PIN management activities described in the System <br />Diagram and the Workflow documents, using the PIN Application database. <br />Todd Jones_ 919 245 -2285, tjones @co.orange.nc.us <br />Document 5: Discovery Document <br />Orange County made a series of edits to the originally agreed upon Discovery <br />Document so that it supports PIN management at a lower level of detail. <br />Prime Contact: Todd Jones (919) 245 -2285, tjones@co.orange.nc.us <br />PROPOSED NEXT STEPS <br />Orange County intends for Patriot to thoroughly review these documents, request <br />any clarification necessary from County staff, then a week later participate in a <br />teleconference in which Patriot can demonstrate its understanding of the PIN <br />management system and the proposed PIN Application. <br />Once Orange County concurs that Patriot understands the functionalities <br />needed, the County will work with Patriot to develop detailed design documents, <br />including specific queries needed to support interfaces with other systems.
