Get ownership as of date for all active PINs <br />Input: A date <br />Output: a table of all active PINs and their owners as of the date supplied <br />15. Populate workspace <br />Note: for pushed data requiring validation, there will be times when LR staff is <br />not available to address validation requests live. There needs to be a workspace <br />---- --- - - - - -- for- -LR staff -in- which -- all - unresolved validation- requ-ests_.are-listed.— <br />Input: Data requiring validation is pushed from GIS, AmCad or some other <br />interfacing system. <br />Action: PIN App appends the workspace list with new data item requiring <br />validation_ Each item requiring validation has a button associated with it. <br />16. -Work on items in workspace <br />Input: LR staff clicks on button associated with validation item in workspace <br />Output: data item is displayed, with PIN (and some PIN context data), with <br />options to "Accept" "Edit," "Hold" or "Delete." Remaining behaviors as per <br />Validation use cases, except cancel leaves item in workspace. Acceptance or <br />Editing and acceptance will remove that item from the workspace list. <br />17. Maintain a Picklist <br />Input: user with admin rights indicates a picklist (s)he wishes to add an item to, <br />delete and item from, or edit an existing item <br />Action: PIN App opens a picklist editing window for that attribute. <br />User can add new item to the picklist, delete an item from that picklist or modify <br />an existing item on the picklist <br />Once they save their changes, the picklist in the "Add Attribute" screens reflect <br />those changes. <br />Page 5 of 6 11/9/2009 PIMS Project <br />
