Validate Pushed PIN Attribute Data from external <br />system <br />Input: Some data field values are pushed to the PIN App from AmCad, GIS, or <br />some other interfacing system. <br />Action: PIN App receives data associated with a PIN. <br />PIN App lists the validation request in a 'Workspace list." <br />LR staff can pick items off the workspace list to validate - - -- -- - - -- - - - -- <br />As LR staff chooses an item to validate, a screen pops up, displaying the data to <br />be validated, and other attributes for that PIN, to provide context. <br />The workspace list tool in the PIN App prompts the user to choose from 4 <br />choices: <br />• "Accept" — imports the PIN attribute data into the PIN App database <br />and removes the item from the workspace list. <br />• "Edit' -- opens a text editing window for the PIN attribute to be <br />validated. Staff can edit that text and then click "Accept" to import <br />the PIN attribute data into the PIN App database and removes the <br />item from the workspace list. <br />• "Hold" — closes the choice window, leaving the item in the <br />workspace list <br />• "Delete" - opens an "Are you sure ?" window.
