Go into reports and randomly print reports with various filters. <br />• Click on the Report Menu button (white paper w/ squiggles) <br />• Select any report under the Personal Property folder. Note the text on the right side of the screen do not use this <br />report if it requires you to run other functions first. <br />• Click on the filter button. <br />• Click on one of the folders in the left most list box (Account Information is a good choice). <br />• Select the field name to filter on by clicking on one of the choices in the left most box. (Account Number is a good <br />choice) <br />• - Make sure the desired operator is selected in the Operator field. (ex: equal to =) <br />• Select or type in a value in the value area. <br />• Click on the "Add to Criteria" button. <br />• Click the "OR" radio button. <br />• Add more values to the criteria area if desired. <br />• Click on OK. This will tell you how many matching records are found. <br />13. Run the Closed Accounts report and make sure the test parcel shows up. <br />• Select Report Module/ Reports / Personal Property Record Cards / Closed Accounts <br />• Click on the preview button. <br />Look for your test parcel in the list. <br />14. Delete the test parcel. <br />• Click on the Account Detail button (make syre you are in Your test account) <br />• Click on the Del button. <br />• Click on the OK button. <br />15. Delete the test Descriptive Code. <br />• Click on the Account Detail button to go to Account Detail Screen. <br />• Go to Description Tables. <br />• Select the table you added the code in (ex. Business Type Table). <br />• Highlight the code line. Click Del. <br />• Go to Utilities on Main Menu Bar.
