Click OK. <br />• Click on the Add button. <br />• Enter the following information on the screen: <br />Land Use Code: 101 <br />No of Units: 2 <br />Unit Type: Acres <br />Land Type: P SITE <br />NOTE: if you feel comfortable with the application enter any data you want in your parcel. <br />• Click on Save <br />15. Add Building Data. <br />• Go to Parcel Data. Select Building Description. Click Ok. <br />• Click Mod button and fill data into the fields. Click Save. <br />16. Add a sketch. <br />• Go to the record card screen. <br />• Click on the pencil button (upper left comer) in the sketch area. <br />• On the toolbar, click on the pencil button and draw a box. <br />• Click on the label button and assign the sketch at least a fll <br />• Click on calculate and exit through green door. Say "yes" to update sketch. <br />• Calculate your parcel <br />17. Verify the values in newly created parcel. <br />• Make sure defaults match prompt defaults you set up before, by simply entering through the fields. <br />• Go through every field on the property record card. <br />• Make sure you can use the test codes you put in the descriptive and calculation tables. <br />18. Add card #2 to the newly created parcel. <br />• From the main record card screen, click the add button. <br />• Select New Card, say OK to the to message boxes that follow. <br />• You should now be looking at the newly created card (you will be brought into the Activity/Revision Info screen <br />automatically). The Land info should automatically fill in, and should contain the same land use code as card 1, and <br />have 0 (zero) for the number of units. <br />• You can now move through the building description screen and add information. <br />19. Change the ownership on the test parcel. Afterwards, go into the lookup screen and look up the <br />ownership and make sure the new name shows up. <br />* ** NOTE: If this does not work and you have to manually fix it. You cannot be sure that the <br />problem is permanently fixed until you add another owner and verify that you can look that owner up <br />too. <br />• From the parcel data box (red card file) on the upper left of screen, select Owner/ID/Prop Fact/Tax Info.
