Set Prompt Defaults. <br />• Select Prompt Defaults from the utilities menu. <br />• Select "R - Residential" from the upper left list box. <br />• Then select on Building Description from the lower left list box. <br />• For each of the settings noted below select the category from the middle list box, click on the Mod button, select the <br />appropriate value from the right list box and click on save. Codes will vary for different states. Set the High Warnings. <br />• Stay in Prompt defaults. <br />• For each of settings listed below highlight the category in the middle list box, click the Mod button, type the value <br />listed below into the High warning field and click "Save ". <br />Baths = 10 <br />Kitchens =10 <br />Fireplaces = 10 <br />W. S. Flues =10 <br />8. Make sure the land use codes for mixed -use are defined. <br />• Go to Description tables. <br />• Select Land use codes. Click OK <br />• Verify that there are codes with a description stating "Mixed Use ". <br />9. Go into the filter and make sure it's working properly. <br />• Click on the filter button (the button has two screens and a question mark). <br />• Click on the + sign in front of a folder under the Field Name column (ex. General Data) <br />• When the folder is open, select a field name by which your criteria will be sorted. (ex. Account Number) <br />• When you select the field name, the large value box to the right should populate. <br />• Select an operator (ex. = or >_) <br />• Highlight a value from the list, or type one into the small value field, and click the Add to Criteria button below. <br />• After the first value is selected click the "OR' radio button, and then continue to add a few more values. <br />• When values are selected, click OK in the upper right comer. This should prompt a box telling you how many <br />matching records were found.
