The modified PIN Application will need to display a link to all = <br />legal real property documents describing a parcel to which a _ <br />PIN has been assigned. We currently store the deed book and <br />page document record but will need to include all other real - <br />property documents that the County records, including the <br />grantor(s) and grantee(s). The real property documents, <br />comprising the official real property index of the County, will <br />be displayed in a separate page/view from the tax data. On the <br />left hand panel where it says current PIN, we need to change <br />this wording to "Selected ", Even though it may be the <br />"current/active" PIN being displayed, it is misleading to the <br />viewer as to what the PIN status really is. The "displayed" PIN <br />may be "active" or "inactive" or "Preassigned." (See PIN <br />Application Data model for a full list of parcel attributes) We <br />also need to add a sort function on the transaction drop down. <br />This would only be for the County and not for Public view. <br />They want to be able to sort by document TYPE. We will need <br />to add some fields to the transaction grid. Type, Owner Name, <br />Situs Address.
