Discovery Phase with Orange County — AMCAD Interface
Project Name: Orange County AMCAD Project
Project Managers: Kristen O'Connor - Patriot Properties
Anita Sundaram — Orange County
Project Scope: Implement an interface with AMCAD to PIN History.
Project Specifications: The following is a list of enhancements that Patriot will
--=-- - - - - --
AmCad will make available the following fields from
AMCAD: Date & Time Rec., Type, Revenue
Stamps,Name (where role = Grantee), Grantee, Bk/Pg,
and First Legal (once imported County will modify
First Legal and Name if needed and also add more
information that is required). The Grantee field will
need to be a list to show all owners associated. We need
to handle multiple owners associated.
1. 1. We need a stored procedure to read the data from
AMCAD interface to a staging area.Make this a view so
that all of the data is the ,same.
2. 2. Once the data is available (loaded or viewed within
AMCAD), we need an interactive Ul to facilitate the
ability tomodify the Grantee and Legal Description in
separate fields for the tax owner. Leaving AMCAD
untouched. We will display infromation from PIN and
the County will be able to adjust or accept the data from
AMCAD.
3. 3. Once Data is edited we need a stored procedure to
update PIN Application
4. We will also need a job to provide feedback to
AMCAD on changes they made, this would be report.
Will they require a report for the data in the staging area? The County will
require a report to give back to AMCAD to show the changes made in the data
that was pulled over.
4. Upon pushing the job to pin history the succesfull entry
will be cleared out.
5.
Timing: How often does the County want this data pushed into Pin
History? Or does the County want it in a report first and
then push? We would want the data to be held in a report or
a temporary holding area till the issue is resolved. Upon
resolution, it should be pushed into PIN History.
October 7, 2008
Version 1.0
