0 11, <br />External Interface Requirement Specification <br />• Year For <br />• Solid Waste Type <br />• Solid Waste Units <br />5.2 If an abstract with the input record's Parcel Number — Year For <br />combination is not found in NCPTS, an error is generated to the <br />error log, and the record is skipped. All subsequent records (of this <br />type) with the same Parcel Number and Year For are skipped and <br />written to the error log. <br />5.3 If the Solid Waste Type already exists for the abstract, the Solid <br />Waste Units field is updated. <br />5.4 If the Solid Waste Type does not exist for the abstract, a new one is <br />created. <br />5.5 The status of the abstract is changed to "Ready For Billing ". <br />6. For Exemption record types: <br />6.1 If any of the following fields are not populated, an error is <br />generated to the error log, and the record is skipped. All <br />subsequent records (of this type) with the same Parcel Number and <br />Year For are skipped and written to the error log. <br />• Parcel Number <br />• Year For <br />• Exemption Code <br />• Taxpayer ID <br />6.2 If an abstract with the input record's Parcel Number — Year For <br />combination is not found in NCPTS, an error is generated to the <br />error log, and the record is skipped. All subsequent records (of this <br />type) with the same Parcel Number, Year For and Taxpayer <br />ID are skipped and written to the error log. <br />6.3.2 If one is found, but the owner does not exist on the abstract <br />for the specked Parcel Number — Year For combination, an <br />error is generated to the error log, and the record is skipped. <br />All subsequent records (of this type) with the same Parcel <br />Number, Year For and Taxpayer ID are skipped and written <br />to the error log. <br />6.3.3 If one is found, and the owner does exist on the abstract for <br />the specified Parcel Number — Year For combination, the <br />Income, DOB, and Exemption Code information is updated <br />on the owner record.
