Commissioner Gordon asked about the Friends of the Parks and Recreation Council <br /> (PARC) Group and Commissioner Hemminger said that it is similar to what some of the towns <br /> have, where it is an independent group and its own 501(c)3. It operates separately to help <br /> raise money to help Parks and Recreation. <br /> Orange County Planning Board: <br /> The Board agreed to continue the annual meeting. <br /> OUT Board: <br /> Commissioner Jacobs asked about desirable parking standards on the third page. <br /> Commissioner Gordon said that she is not sure what this is except it might be related to what <br /> they were working on for the UDO. <br /> Solid Waste Advisory Board: <br /> No comments. <br /> Sportsplex Community Advisory Committee: <br /> Chair Pelissier said that this board does not know its future. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs said that it is under the auspices of the Management of the <br /> Sportsplex. <br /> Frank Clifton said that this has not been done officially. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs said that he would like to have an annual report from the <br /> Sportsplex management. <br /> Frank Clifton said that if the County Commissioners accepts the recommendation that <br /> staff gave them, then this committee can be turned over to the Sportsplex management. <br /> With no further items to discuss, a motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, <br /> seconded by Commissioner Foushee to adjourn the meeting at 9:57 PM. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> Bernadette Pelissier, Chair <br /> Donna S.
