CLOSED SESSION <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to go into <br />Closed Session for the purpose of instructing staff on positions to be taken on behalf of Orange County when <br />negotiating leases. Authority: G.S. Section 143-318-11(a)(5) <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Crowther, seconded by Chair Margaret Brown to <br />reconvene into regular session. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />15. ADJOURNMENT <br />With no further items for the Board to consider, a motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, <br />seconded by Chair Margaret Brown to adjourn the meeting.
