Lives were lost at the World Trade Center in New York, The Pentagon in Washington, DC, <br />and a remote field in Pennsylvania. <br />The Board of County Commissioners wishes to remember those who lost their lives that day, <br />both the innocent victims and the heroic rescue workers who raced into the face of danger to <br />save the lives of others. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The County Manager recommends the Board approve the <br />resolution and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />
