Trinity Lane is located in Little River Acres subdivision off the south <br />side of NC 57 at its intersection with Green Riley Road, Little River Township. The Orange County <br />Board of Commissioners approved the preliminary plat for subdivision of Lot 17 of Little River Acres <br />in March 1991. <br />Eno River Estates: Residents of a 0.30-mile extension of SR 1323, Lake Orange Road, (2 homes), <br />Ausling Way (2 homes), and Lattimore Drive (7 homes) have petitioned NCDOT to accept <br />maintenance responsibilities for those roads. Ausling Way and Lattimore Drive are located in Eno <br />River Estates Subdivision off the west side of Lake Orange Road as it rounds the southwestern <br />edge of Lake Orange, Cedar Grove~Township. The Orange County Board of Commissioners <br />approved the preliminary plat in July 1987 and the Planning Board approved the final plat on June <br />20, 1988. <br />Burke's Meadow Subdivision: Residents of Harold Latta Drive (1 home), Clove~eld Drive (4 <br />homes), Lemontree Lane (14 homes), Orchard Place (12 homes) and Red Fox Trail (11 homes) <br />have petitioned NCDOT to accept maintenance responsibilities for those roads. Burke's Meadow <br />subdivision lies between Orange High School Road, Governor Burke Road and NC 57, <br />Hillsborough Township. Harold Latta Drive, off the northwest bend of Orange High School Road, <br />provides major access for the subdivision, which is located in Hillsborough's Extra Territorial <br />Jurisdiction. The Hillsborough Board of Commissioners approved the preliminary plat for Burke's <br />
