The attached salary schedule reflects the approved 2.0 percent increase. <br />The increase will be included in employee paychecks issued on October 22, 2004. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Funds in the amount of $500,510 were included in the approved 2004- <br />05 budget for the Cost of Living Increase effective October 11, 2004. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board adopt the attached salary <br />schedule effective October 11, 2004. <br />
