24 <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br />This is to inform the public that a public hearing will be held on the proposed orange County Community <br />Transportation Program Application to be submitted to the North Carolina Department of Transportation <br />no later than Mazch 15, 2011. The public hearing will be held on March 3, 2011 at 7:00 pm, before the <br />(governing boarctJ Orange County Boazd of County Commissioners, <br />Those interested in attending the public hearing and needing either auxiliary aids and services under the <br />Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or a language translator should contact AI Terry on or before March <br />2, 2011, at telephone number 919-245-2004 or via email at aterry@co.orange.nc.us. <br />The Community Transportation Program provides assistance to coordinate existing transportation <br />programs operating in orange County as well as provides transportation options and services for the <br />communities within this service area. These services are currently provided using fixed route, demand <br />response, subscription, and fixed deviated services.
