5 <br />1 Commissioner Gordon said that it is important to take the public into account but they <br />2 need to pick times that all County Commissioners can come. She suggested trying a couple <br />3 of work sessions during the day, as long as the County Commissioners can come. She <br />4 confirmed that they would not change the calendar for this year for days when a <br />5 Commissioner is unavailable. <br />6 Frank Clifton said that many Board of County Commissioners members serve on <br />7 other boards. He suggested having Greg Wilder and Donna Baker to look at two <br />8 recommended dates for two work sessions to change to daytime, after the budget process. <br />9 The Board agreed. <br />10 Chair Pelissier suggested having three work sessions per year during the day. <br />11 The Board agreed to leave it flexible and have two or three work sessions per year <br />12 during the day. <br />13 <br />14 3. County Commissioners: Boards and Commissions Assignments <br />15 Chair Pelissier said that the first step is for the veteran Commissioners to choose two <br />16 boards that they currently serve on that they would like to remain on.
