<br />STANDARD FORM AGREEMENT
<br />The Owner shall furnish to the Architect, within 15 days after receipt of a written request,
<br />information necessary and relevant for the Architect to evaluate, give notice of or enforce The American Institute of Architects
<br />lien rights. The Owner's failure to do so, however, shall not extend the lien filing period as 1735 New York Avenue, N.W.

<br />1.2.2.2 The Owner shall periodically update the budget for the Project, including that
<br />portion allocated for the Cost of the Work. The Owner shall not significantly increase or
<br />decrease the overall budget, the portion of the budget allocated for the Cost of the Work, or
<br />contingencies included in the overall budget or a portion of the budget, without the
<br />agreement of the Architect to a corresponding change in the Project scope and quality.
