Development of the Euliss Property as the proposed <br />West Ten Soccer Center <br />Orange County desires to enter into a contractual agreement with Corley Redfoot Zack <br />for the purpose of receiving consulting services for the design of this project. Orange <br />County proposes to include in the agreement, the items listed below. <br />Scope of the Project: <br />• <br />Create a Master Plan for the soccer center (design level of park conceptual <br />plan), with special attention to synergies and potential economies of scale <br />with the adjoining school site. <br />• Conduct and Coordinate necessary site evaluation, testing and permitting. <br />• Assist with a public meeting to receive input on the proposed plan. <br />• Develop cost estimates for each separate program element of the project. <br />• Present final draft of the proposed plan to the Board of County <br />Commissioners by June 8 or at the latest, June 246 <br />6 <br />f� • Prepare and revise all necessary site plans (including grading, mechanical, <br />layout, etc.) and subsequent construction drawings and specifications. <br />• Develop <br />p a d prepare all necessary contract documents. <br />• Assist with construction management (hourly), to the degree indicated in <br />subsequent discussions. <br />• Coordinate process requirements to align with the school project timeline.. <br />• Assistance as needed throughout the project, as design liaison between <br />Orange County and Orange County Board of Education. <br />Program Elemonts of the project are: <br />• Design for the maximum number of full size soccer fields (360' z 225') that <br />the site can yield, within design and development standard parameters. <br />• Smaller (Ull or younger) fields if space allows. <br />• One field designed as a championship field. <br />
