The proposal is based upon the scope <br />information provided by email dated April 8, 2004 titled "West Ten <br />Soccer Center "(Attached). The total design fees for the project will be a <br />lump sum amount of $119,000. <br />We are proposing to utilize the following list of consultants for the <br />specialties as listed on this project: <br />Carolina Green Corporation Athletic Field Improvements <br />Swanson & Associates Landscaping <br />Reece Noland McElrath Mechanical/Electrical & Plumbing <br />Lasater Hopkins Chang Structural <br />This design team has worked together on the similar projects, which are <br />highlighted in the attached information. Firm profiles, references and <br />resumes are attached for your review. <br />Corley Redfoot Zack, Inc. is excited for the opportunity to work on this <br />important project for our community.
