Council member Chilton stated that it leaves open whether changes would be made to the <br />transition area and/or the annexation area. He stated that what part of the Rural buffer is in the <br />potential Landfill leakage area is the real question. He indicated that this would be an agreement to <br />have this inserted into the Interlocal Agreement. <br />VOTE: Motion Did Not Pass <br />A motion to adjourn was made by Alderman Anderson, seconded by Alderman Gist. <br />The motion was withdrawn by Aldermen Anderson and Gist. <br />11 <br />Commissioner Gordon suggested that the Board of Commissioners outline their concerns and <br />that all of the Boards meet again on November 20, 1997 to discuss the remaining unresolved issues. <br />A motion to adjourn this meeting was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by <br />Commissioner Halkiotis. <br />VOTE: Motion Passed <br />The next regular meeting of the Orange County Board of Commissioners will be held on <br />Thursday, October 30, 1997 for a regularly scheduled bi-monthly worksession.
