COMMENTS AND/OR QUESTIONS FROM THE PLANNING BOARD: None <br />COMMENTS AND/OR QUESTIONS FROM CITIZENS: None <br />A motion was made by Commission Brown, seconded by Commission Gordon, to refer <br />the proposed amendment to the Planning Board for a recommendation to be returned to the <br />Board of Commissioners no sooner than November 3, 1997. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />D. END OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />Chair Crowther indicated that the Public Hearing would remain open, for written <br />comment only, until the Historic Preservation Commission and the Planning Board meet to <br />discuss these items. <br />ADJOURNMENT OF QUARTERLY PUBLIC HEARING <br />With no further public hearing items for consideration, Chair William L. Crowther <br />adjourned the meeting. The next regular meeting will be held on September 2 at 7:30 p.m. in <br />the Old County Courthouse in Hillsborough, North Carolina. <br />William L.
