Current wording of the Ordinance does not require the holding of a balloon test for the <br />approval of a tower application when said application is administratively approved <br />(i.e. under Section 6.18.1). This includes the approval of: <br />a. Stealth Towers <br />b. Towers under 150 feet developed on County owned/leased property, or <br />c. For towers under 150 feet where the County is allowed to collocate facilities at <br />no cost. <br />
