The <br />problem is: who really knows? You're moving so fast that citizens' <br />input is being circumvented. <br />This has the effect of giving the citizens of Orange County the <br />perception that backroom deals out of the sunshine of public scrutiny <br />are in our future. And while we know this is not your intent, the <br />speed at which this UDO process seems to be moving forward ... a rush <br />before the Thanksgiving break when many of your constituents cannot <br />attend the County Commissioners' <br />meeting ... leaves an extremely bad impression of the process at hand. <br />
