61 <br />Article 7: Subdivisions <br />Section 7.7: Lot Layout Lots <br />(5) where it is unlikely that a road created in lieu of a flag lot would ever be <br />extended, or otherwise needed to provide access to adjoining parcels <br />or <br />(6) to provide for the protection of significant natural or cultural resources. <br />(C) No flag lot wa4l- be-atlewed shall be permitted if it increases the number of access <br />points onto an arterial or collector street. <br />(D) The length of a flag lot between the street onto which it has access and the point <br />where a lot dimension parallels the street shall be based on the size of the <br />proposed regular lot.
