Tlv.: rPgL1ir00'1r_nts of (1)(b) Worlgh (1)(h) ahL )vo are <br />applicable for lblt'ti -r ;Z appiic,;id nr s. <br />(3) i t';o!�iei; ul 1111- �Ippllt�ation I �K� ^���? 1'€.�IIIIri'�7 in iii ::iwl {') :',i1(,,w ii,iii <br />a91!Illltto-'._i till tilt, 41p1 }lip`.. 0i <br />(4) The Planning Board and /or Board of County Commissioners may <br />request additional information in order to evaluate and properly process <br />the application for a CZD. <br />(13) Neighborhood Information Meeting <br />(1) Before a Public Hearing may be held on an accepted application for a <br />CZD, the applicant is required to schedule, with the assistance of the <br />Planning Department, a minimum of one neighborhood information <br />meeting. fhe purpose of this meeting is to obtain surrounding property <br />owner input and comments on the proposed development project. <br />(2) The applicant shall obtain property owner mailing address information <br />from the Orange County Land Records department and shall mail <br />certified notices of the meeting date and time to each property owner <br />within 500 feet of the property for which a (:;L4? CZD has been <br />requested. <br />(3) 'The notices shall be mailed a minimum of 14 days prior to the date of the <br />proposed Neighborhood Information Meeting. <br />(4) The Neighborhood Information Meeting shall be held a minimum of 14 <br />days prior to the date of the Public Hearing where the application is <br />scheduled for review and public comment. <br />(E) Review and Evaluation of Application <br />The review, processing, and evaluation of a CZD application is a legislative <br />process subject to judicial review using the same procedures and standards of <br />review that apply to general use district zoning decisions. <br />(F) Approval and Conditions <br />(1) The Board of County Commissioners shall take action on the application <br />to rezone the property in accordance with the procedures outlined within <br />Section 2.8. <br />(2) The applicant or the County may recommend that reasonable and <br />appropriate conditions be attached to the approval of the application <br />(3) Conditions and site- specific standards shall be limited to those that <br />address. the conformance of the development to County ordinances, the <br />adopted Comprehensive Plan, or any other retevant plans that address <br />the impacts reasonably expected to be generated by the proposed <br />development.
