C9s7 <br />Article 2: Procedures <br />Section 2.9: Conditional Districts <br />2.8.10 Text Revisions Pertaining to Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control <br />Provisions 105 — <br />(A) The GGunty Erosion Control Officer shall review all of the Gernmissie►�s North <br />Carolina Sedimentation Control Commission's revisions to the State's Model Soil <br />Erosions and Sedimentation Control Ordinance and, within 90 days of receipt of <br />the recommended revisions, submit draft amendments to the GonmrAssieR North <br />Carolina Sedimentation Control Commission for its consideration and comments. <br />(B) Within 150 days after receipt of the Gemagssismls North Carolina Sedimentation <br />Control Commission's comments, tha Orange County wili shall formally consider <br />proposed amendments and, to the extent deemed necessary by the Board of <br />County Commissioners, incorporate the amendments into the G Sinn Control <br />9rdinanse this rIrdinance. <br />(C) Text amendments to this ordinance for soil erosion and sedimentation control <br />provisions shall comply with the requirements in effect for any other text <br />amendment. <br />2.8.11 Text Revisions Pertaining to Stormwater Provisions'Q(' <br />(A) The Geunty Erosion Control Officer shall review all of the State Environmental <br />Management Commission's revisions to the State's Model Stormwater Ordinance <br />and, within 90 days of receipt of the recommended revisions, submit draft <br />amendments to the State Environmental Management Commission for its <br />consideration and comments. <br />(B) Within 150 days after receipt of the Gemrnissieas State Environmental <br />Management Commission's comments, ft Orange County wiii shall formally <br />consider proposed amendments and, to the extent deemed necessary by the <br />Board of County Commissioners, incorporate the amendments into the <br />this Ordinance. <br />(C) 'Text amendments to this ordinance for stormwater provisions shall comply with <br />the requirements in effect for any other text amendment. <br />2.9.1 Conditional Use District (CUD) <br />(A) Generally <br />(1) Any use permitted under the CUD process shall conform to all applicable <br />development regulations for the corresponding general use zoning <br />district as well as any specific development standards outlined within this <br />is >rdinance. <br />105 SE &SC Section 27 <br />'06 SW Sec. 21 <br />1117 Conditional Districts are one of the "new regulations" authorized to be added to the UDO by the Board of County <br />Commissioners.
