234 <br />so far. <br />AMG 11/22/2010 <br />Brian Crawford said that the Planning Board has heard that there is still some work to <br />do. He said that he would take time with the staff before the next Planning Board meeting to <br />structure these comments in a productive way for the next meeting. He has heard that there <br />needs to be a balance between Phase I and Phase II. <br />Craig Benedict said that the recommendation is to keep the public hearing open. He <br />suggested keeping it open. until December 14th (last Ccuntl; Commissioners' meeting) and the <br />recommendation will be brought back with the new date for decision. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to <br />receive the proposed Unified Development Ordinance, accept public, BOCC, and Planning <br />Board comments, refer the matter to the Planning Board with a request that by the BOCC <br />meeting on December 14, 2010 the Planning Board will recommend a revised timeline for the <br />adoption of the Unified Development Ordinance to give more time for review and comment, and <br />that the timeline will not exceed this fiscal year. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />D.
