Please slow it down! The onerously long <br />document includes some significant changes in the County zoning process that merit more <br />opportunities for citizen education and input. As a member of Preserve Rural Orange, Citizens for Responsible Growth <br />and the Haw River Assembly, I am extremely concerned that this document is not just <br />"organizing" land use development regulations but could be fundamentally changing the way <br />development is conducted in this County. <br />I don't believe the general public nor architects like myself, have been made aware that this <br />document introduces "conditional zoning districts" and "conditional uses." There is no public <br />understanding that the Planning Board intends to eliminate the Special Use Permit which <br />
