The Cumulative Potential General Fund Tax Drop shows the total amount, accumulated over <br />the multi-year period of these General.Fund tax dollars that would no longer be spent on <br />the SWCC system if the recommendation is implemented as shown in that scenario. <br />The forecast shows a sustainable fee based SWCC system operating within the Solid Waste <br />Enterprise Fund structure, with no General Fund contribution.
