WHITTED FOREST HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM <br />This item was presented to receive citizen comments prior to official closeout of the Whitted Forest <br />Housing Development Program and to authorize execution of the Certificate of completion and Public <br />Hearing Certification by the Chair of the County Commissioners. <br />Housing and Community Development Director Tara Fikes made this presentation. Chair <br />Crowther closed the public hearing. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to approve <br />and authorize the Chair to sign the Certificate of Completion and Public Hearing Certification which will <br />contain minutes of the public hearing. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />8. MINUTES <br />The County Commissioners approved the minutes as presented for June 3, 1997. <br />C. PUBLIC SCHOOL BUILDING FUND APPLICATION <br />The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign two applications to the State to draw down <br />Public School Building Capital Fund appropriations for school capital projects. <br />D. RENEWAL OF EMS TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT WITH SOUTH ORANGE RESCUE <br />SQUAD <br />This item was moved to the end of the Consent Agenda for separate consideration. <br />E.
