OD path review <br />A selected link analysis was also conducted to understand origin and destination (OD) of <br />the passing vehicles on the selected link. This analysis provides a clue whether the <br />congestion was caused by through traffic or inter - Hillsborough traffic, and provides an <br />initial thought for alternative development.
