37 <br />DRAFT <br />B. Cancellations. <br />1. Orange County reserves the right to make cancellations of any reservation <br />at any time. Cance{lation notices will be issued as far in advance as <br />possible. All reservation/damage deposits and usage fees will be returned in <br />full if cancellation is initiated by Orange County. <br />2. Cancellations for Category 6 facilities may be initiated by the party making a <br />reservation up to two weeks prior to the scheduled use date in writing to <br />receive a refund of the deposit minus the non-refundable administrative fee. <br />Cancellations made within two weeks of event will result in forfeiture of to a <br />50% holdback of reservation/damage deposit. <br />3. Cancellations for reservations of Categories 2, 3, 4 and 5 space are subject <br />to refund if cancellation is made prior to one week of the schedule use. <br />Cancellations within two week of the schedule use are not subject to refund. <br />4. Orange County will endeavor to provide no Less than 48 hours notice_for any <br />reservation that must be cancelled. <br />c.
