Transportation Center Expansion <br />Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools <br />Capital Projecf Ordinance <br />55 <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1.The project authorized provides funds for construction of an addition to the <br />transportation center. This ordinance supersedes all previous Transportation Center Expansion Capital <br />Project Ordinances for the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools. <br />Section 6. This ordinance, originally adopted June 25, 2001, shall remain in effect until June <br />30, 2005. <br />Adopted this 23~d day of June 2004. <br />
