Athletic Facilities Improvements <br />Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />~-~~-off <br />~5 <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1.The project authorized provides funds to replace equipment and improve athletic <br />facilities at various schools throughout the District. Proceeds from the Schools' <br />portion of the one-half cent sales taxes finance this project. <br />Section 2.The officers of the. This ordinance supersedes all previous Athletic Facilities and Playgrounds Capital <br />Project Ordinances for the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools. <br />Section 6. This ordinance, originally adopted June 29, 1992, shall remain in effect until June <br />30, 2005. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of June 2004. <br />
