f ~ ~ ~ oZD rJ.~,l -G'J ~~ <br />l0-~.3-,~Pa~ <br />Gentral/Northern Orange Senior Center Jr <br />Capital Project Ordinance 5 <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to <br />Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following <br />capital project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds to acquire land and construct a <br />fifteen- thousand square feet Central/Northern Orange Senior Center in or <br />around the Hillsborough area. The planned center will replace the Central <br />Orange Senior Center currently located in leased space at the <br />Meadowlands in Hillsborough. Proceeds from the 2001 voter approved <br />bonds and a private placement loan finance the project. <br />Section 2.
