vRD-aov~- d ~Z <br />Northern Human Services Center Park Development <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />,S <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1.The project authorized provides funds for the planning, design, and construction of <br />the Northern Human Services Center Park. Proceeds from the 2001 Bond Funds <br />finance this project. <br />Section 2.The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br />budget contained herein. <br />Section 3.The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Through FY <br />2003-04 <br />FY 2004-OS Through FY <br />2004-05 <br />Sales Tax $0 $0 $0 <br />2001 Bond Funds $200,000 $500,000 $700,000 <br />2004 Two-thirds Net Debt $0 $0 $0 <br />Grant Funds $0 $0 $0 <br />Transfers ~ $0 $0 $0 <br />Other $0 $0 $0 <br />Total Fundin $200,000 $500,000 $700,000 <br />Section 4.The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Through FY <br />2003-04 <br />FY 2004-05 Through FY <br />2004-OS <br />LandBuilding $0 $0 $0 <br />Desi $35,000 $0 $35,000 <br />Construction $165,000 $500,000 $665,000 <br />Other $0 $0 $0 <br />Total Costs $200,000 5500,000 $700,000 <br />Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Northern Human Services Center Park <br />Development Capital Project Ordinances for Orange County. <br />Section 6. This ordinance shall remain in effect from July 1, 1998 until June 30, 2005. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of June 2004. <br />
