io <br />Wellness pages are included at the HR Website; and, most importantly, wellness <br />messages and events are promoted by `word of mouth' by Health and Wellness <br />Committee members and other employees. The Department Directors are notified <br />of upcoming events at their monthly meeting and asked to share with employees. <br />7. Incentives <br />How will you motivate employees to participate in the wellness program? Are there incentives the <br />member is willing to use to engage employees in the program? <br />Incentive Strategy <br />Incentive items will be awarded based on program participation and achievement <br />of behavior goals. The greater the employee participation in challenges and <br />events, the more opportunities for incentives will be available. On the other hand, <br />there may be cases in which non - participants in challenges or events must <br />contribute more for a benefit than participants. <br />8.
