Homestead Aquatics Center <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />p~{FJ -~v0 ~-0.310 <br />oc; -~ 3-aov~ <br />~~' <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1.The project authorized provides funds to assist the Town of Chapel Hill with <br />construction of an indoor aquatic center at Homestead Park on Homestead Road.. <br />Proceeds from the 1997 and 2001 bond funds and Town bond funds will finance <br />this project. <br />Section 2.The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br />budget contained herein. <br />Section 3.The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Through FY <br />2003-04 <br />FY 2004-OS Through FY <br />2004-05 <br />Sales Tax $0 $0 $0 <br />1997 Bond Funds $800,000 $0 $800,000 <br />2004 Two-Thirds Net Debt $0 $3,500,000 $3,500,000 <br />Grant Funds $0 $0 $0 <br />Fees $0 $0 $0 <br />Other $0 $0 $0 <br />Total Fundin $800,000 $3,500,000 $4,300,000 <br />Section 4,The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Through FY <br />2003-04 <br />FY 20(11-05 Through FY <br />2004-OS <br />Iarid/Building $0 $0 $0 <br />Desigi $0 $0 $0 <br />Constnxiion $0 $0 $0 <br />Co~ilributionto lITill $800,000 $3,500,000 $4,300,000 <br />Total Costs $800,000 $3,500,000 $4,300,000 <br />Section 5.
